My Elliptical Trainer Story
In the last 13 years, I spent most of my time in front of a computer, gaining weight, and watching my physical and mental condition deteriorating. Thanks to the love of someone close, I received an elliptical trainer machine for my 35th birthday and this probably has saved my life.
I was never a big athlete myself, rather lazy some may say, but still, in high school and college I was going out and playing ball with friends for fun and laughs mostly but I was burning those calories in the process. When I finished college, got married, and got a desk job. In the next 13 years the most intense physical activity I have done was pushing ctrl alt and del key at the same time.
The Pounds started to add up and with them drifted away my vitality and energy. I prefer not to go into the devastating effect of overweight since there are many references around, but more of how the elliptical trainer machine has changed everything.

After only 3 months working out on the elliptical trainer machine, while keeping a normal diet I was able to find my long lost physical shape. Thanks to the elliptical trainer I saved my health, my spirit and probably my marriage life and all this in record time!
